2024 APEX World Class: The premier success category of air travel, APEX World Class recognizes airlines for their achievements on the key metrics that matter to travelers today. APEX Five Star Airline Awards and APEX Four Star Airline Awards: The APEX Five Star and Four Star Airline Awards remain the only industry honor based entirely on passenger feedback. This year, more than one million verified passengers voted using TripIt, making this the industry’s most desired honor. After a surge in scoring inflation in the years after the pandemic, with passengers thrilled at their return to travel, too many airlines reached the higher echelon. APEX therefore added tougher standards and more extensive professional flight audits in order to maintain a smaller and more exclusive list of Five and Four Star airlines. APEX Best In Airline Awards: These awards recognize the airlines providing the best passenger experiences in Cabin Service, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort & Wi-Fi as voted on by the passengers.
